AI Readiness Scorecard
Score your readiness to invest in AI across five dimensions, find the one thing actually holding you back, and get a dated 90-day plan to fix it.
Get started-
Most AI projects fail on readiness, not model choice — this finds the gap before you spend a dollar on a build.
-
Names the single biggest blocker in one sentence, with the exact questions that pulled it down — never a vague "could be better."
-
A low score gets a discouraging result and a foundations-only plan, on purpose — a tool that tells everyone they're ready is marketing, not an assessment.
Frequently asked questions
The score itself uses no AI at all — every point is computed deterministically in your browser from your own answers, the same inputs always producing the same score. There is one optional button that asks Claude to turn your specific weakest answers into a dated 90-day plan; that step uses a single Claude Haiku run and never changes your score.
No. The assessment is free and unlimited with no account and no signup. An account is only needed to save an assessment to your library so you can retake it in 90 days and compare, and to generate the AI-powered 90-day plan.
No. A score under 40 is labelled "Not ready" on purpose, and its 90-day plan is explicitly about foundations — it will never recommend starting an AI build at that score. A readiness tool that tells everyone they're ready is marketing, and businesses can tell.
Five dimensions — data readiness (25%), process maturity (25%), skills and capacity (20%), governance (15%), and financial readiness (15%) — each scored from 4-5 single-select questions worth 0-3 points. The full rubric, every question, and your own answers are shown on the results page so the score is fully auditable, not a black box.
No — your answers and the score are computed entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing is sent to a server unless you explicitly click "Save to library" (requires a free account) or "Generate my 90-day plan" (which sends only your computed scores and answer labels, not any other business data, for a single AI run).
It's entirely self-reported — there is no integration with your systems, and the results page says so plainly. Treat the score as a structured way to see your own honest answers reflected back, not an audit of your actual data or processes.
